Indian Telephone Industries Limited Eligibility Details : 

Educational Qualification :

  1. Executive Director Technology / Executive Director Projects – (Grade 10) – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Electronics/ E&C from a recognized University/Institute. Master Degree in EngineeringElectronics/E&C /MBA or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in the relevant area of a medium/large organization.
  2. General Manager Finance – (Grade 9) – Pass in CA/ICWA. ACS/LLB – from a
    recognized University/Institute. Post qualification Executive Experience of 21 years in the relevant area of a medium/large organization.
  3. General Manager HR- One (Grade –9) – MBAHR/MSWHR or its equivalent from a
    recognized university/ Institute LLB/LLM from a recognized university/Institute. Post qualification Executive Experience of 21 years in the relevant area of a medium/large organization.
  4. Chief Operating Officer – Start up Hub (General Manager – (Grade- 9) – Graduate
    Degree in Engineering (Electronics /Computer Science/Electrical ) from a recognized
    University/ Institute. MBA or its equivalent from a recognized University/Institute. Post qualification Executive Experience of 21 years in the relevant area of a medium/large organization.
  5. Project Head – Cell Technology (Addl General Manager – (Grade-8) – Graduate in
    Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. MBA or its equivalent from a
    recognized university/institute. Post Qualification executive experience of 18 years
    in battery related industries.
  6. Project Head – Data Centre (Addl General Manager – Grade-8) – The candidate
    should be BE / B Tech in Electronics, CS, IT from a recognized University/Institute. 18 years of Post Qualification Executive Experience in Data Center Operations &
    management.

Age Limit :

  • Below 55 for EDRs, below 52 years for GM, 50 years for AGM (Upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates (Non-Creamy layer) and 5 years for SC/ST/ Physically Challenged and Ex. Defence Service personnel in accordance with the Government of India guidelines.

Salary Details : 

  1. Executive Director Technology / Executive Director Projects – (Grade 10) – Total emoluments at Rs.1,06,068 /- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of
    Rs.23750-600-28550, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s
    prevailing rules. (CTC: Rs. 18.3 lakhs pa)
  2. General Manager Finance, General Manager HR- One and Chief Operating Officer – Start up Hub (General Manager – (Grade- 9) – Total emoluments at Rs.91,553/-
    (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 20500-500-26500,
    plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. (Rs.15.84 Lakhs pa)
  3. Project Head – Cell Technology (Addl General Manager – (Grade-8) – Total emoluments at Rs.82,621/- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of
    Rs.18500-450-23900, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s
    prevailing rules. (Rs.14.3 Lakhs pa)
  4. Project Head – Data Centre (Addl General Manager – Grade-8) – Total emoluments at Rs.82,621/- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.18500-450-23900, plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules. (Rs.14.3 Lakhs pa).

Duration of the Project : 

  • Executive Director Technology / Executive Director Projects – (Grade 10) – Tenure for a period of 3 Years with provision for extension of service up to the age of retirement (60 years) subject to organizational requirement and satisfactory performance of the officer.
  • General Manager Finance and General Manager HR- One (Grade –9) – Tenure for a
    period of 5 years with provision for absorption in the regular rolls of the Company
    subject to the requirement of the organization and performance of the officer.
  • Chief Operating Officer – Start up Hub (General Manager – (Grade- 9) – Tenure for a
    period of 3 Years with provision for extension of service subject to organizational
    requirement and satisfactory performance of the officer.
  • Project Head – Cell Technology (Addl General Manager – (Grade-8) – Tenure for a
    period of 3 Years with provision for extension of service subject to organizational
    requirement and satisfactory performance of the officer.
  • Project Head – Data Centre (Addl General Manager – Grade-8) – Tenure
    appointment for a period of 3 Years.
